The Competition
Class heights are for show jumping only. Once on the cross country you can chose which Height to jump. All cross country jumps are three heights one jump.
Show jumping – A course of 1-10 show jumps in the Super Arena. One person allowed to go down to warm up with the rider. Once you have jumped (in your cross country attire) you will then have an approx. three minute walk to the xc warmup where you will be able to jump a couple of xc warmup fences then go straight onto the xc course.
CROSS COUNTRY ~ A shortened cross country track aimed at encouraging riders to complete the course.

COURSE WALK ~ The course will be available for walking from 4pm on Friday 10th June 2022

- Body protectors for show jumping and cross country are compulsory
- No fixed peak hats. All hats to be tagged with the current British Eventing, British Riding Clubs or Pony Club tag.

NOTICES ~ Bibs will not be provided; PLEASE PRINT OFF YOUR OWN BIB NUMBERS – A4 SIZE
In case of abandonment, please call 07976 273289.
In the unlikely event of abandonment, £5 from every entry will be kept by the organiser to cover cancellation costs; all the remaining monies will be refunded.
WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS
WITHDRAWALS ~ by phone (but please confirm by email immediately) or email by 1200 on 4th June 2022
REFUNDS ~ There will be an arbitrary date of 2 days after which no refunds will be issued unless the entry can be replaced in the same class
Wait lists will be kept for all classes which fill. Full refunds will be given up until the Withdrawal date
After the Withdrawal date refunds will be give minus £5 admin fee ONLY if replaced from the wait list. (if you are not replaced NO refund will be issued)

This event is being organised by LandS Eventing Ltd. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
