DRESS CODE – Cross country attire to be worn including body protector and bib.

COMPETITORS TO PRINT OFF THEIR OWN BIB NUMBERS A4 SIZE

Bibs will not be provided.

COURSE WALK-  There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout  the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published.

WITHDRAWALS ~  are to be confirmed in writing (email is fine) to entries secretary by 13^thNovember  2021

REFUNDS ~ Wait lists will be kept for all classes which fill.

Full refunds will be given up until the Withdrawal date

After the Withdrawal date refunds will be give minus £5 admin fee ONLY if replaced from the wait list. (if you are not replaced NO refund will be issued)

In the unlikely event of abandonment, £10 from every entry will be kept by the organiser to cover cancellation costs; all  the remaining monies will be refunded.

GENERAL RULES

HAT STANDARDS All hats must have a visible AQUA BRC/ BE/PC hat tag in place before they are used for warming up and competing.

BODY PROTECTORS: A body protector is obligatory in all cross-country competitions and is strongly recommended in show jumping competitions. A BETA Level 3 (purple label) which has been manufactured in the year 2009 or blue label 2018 must be worn. Body protectors should be fitted and worn as per the manufacturer’s instructions.

If a rider chooses to wear an airbag style body protector it must be worn over a permitted body protector and if activated, must be deflated or removed before continuing. Hybrid Air-jackets are permitted. Riders wearing Exo Body Cage (2000) protectors must inform the secretary at all events.

Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.

OBJECTIONS ~ Anyone wishing to make an objection must do so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident happening along with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.
