WITHDRAWALS ~ are to be confirmed in writing (email is fine) to entries secretary by 18.30 16th February 2019

REFUNDS ~ LandS reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs unless the entry can be replaced. A waiting list will be kept for all classes which fill.

DRESS CODE – Cross country attire to be worn including body protector and bib.

COURSE WALK- The course will be available to walk from 15.0 Friday 22nd February 2019. There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published.

GENERAL RULES 1. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted PAS015/BSEN1284 for all jumping phases. No fixed peaks. Hats tagged by British Eventing, British Riding Clubs or Pony Club are acceptable. 2. Body Protectors must be worn. 3. Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit, unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.

OBJECTIONS ~ Anyone wishing to make an objection must do so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident happening along with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.

HEALTH & SAFETY ~ The organiser of this event has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards connected with this event.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Save for death or injury by the negligence of the organiser of anyone for whom they are in law responsible, LandS Eventing, for themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Event do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty in any way whatsoever of themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the event or otherwise. The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised times or refuse an entry.
