WITHDRAWALS ~ by phone (but please confirm by email immediately) or email by 1200 on
29th June 2020
REFUNDS ~ There will be an arbitrary date of 30th June after which no refunds will be issued
unless the entry can be replaced in the same class. Wait lists will be kept for all classes which
fill. There is a non refundable booking fee of £1.75 per entry.

Show jumping – A course of 1-10 show jumps in the Super Arena. You will be given a warm up
time and a showjumping start time. Please do not go down to the warmup before this time.
One person allowed to go down to warm up with the rider. All spectators to watch from the
Millstone Hare side of the arena, as per Government Guidelines. Once you have jumped (in your
cross country attire) you will then have an approx. two minute walk to the xc warmup where
you will be able to jump a couple of xc warmup fences then go straight onto the xc. The XC
course will be a little longer than the June course with more technicality added. As soon as you
have finished please return directly to your lorry, untack, wash off and head off home.
CROSS COUNTRY ~ A shortened cross country track aimed at encouraging riders to complete
the course.
COURSE WALK ~ The course will be available for walking from 4pm on Friday 3
rd July 2020
GENERAL RULES:
1. Body protectors for show jumping and cross country are compulsory
2. No fixed peak hats. All hats to be tagged with the current British Eventing, British Riding
Clubs, Team Chasing or Pony Club tag.
HEALTH & SAFETY ~ The organiser of this event has taken every reasonable precaution to
ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective
everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and
must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards connected with this
event. A copy of the Risk Assessments for this event will be available at the Secretary’s tent.
DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Save for death or injury by the negligence of the organiser or
anyone for whom they are in law responsible, LandS Eventing Ltd, Dallas Burston Polo Ground ,
for themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Horse Trials
do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders,
spectators, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever,
whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty in any way whatsoever
of themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Horse Trials
or otherwise.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class or section and divide any class. Transfer
competitors between sections, alter advertised times and refuse an entry.
NOTICES ~ Bibs will not be provided; PLEASE PRINT OFF YOUR OWN BIB NUMBERS – A4 SIZE

In the unlikely event of abandonment, £5 from every entry will be kept by the organiser to cover
cancellation costs; all the remaining monies will be refunded.
