Super Arena Cross Country – A course of cross country portable fences situated on an all weather surface. An optimum time will be set for the whole course. The winner will be the pair with the lowest score accumulated under the optimum time.

DRESS CODE – Cross country attire to be worn including body protector and bib.

COMPETITORS TO PRINT OFF THEIR OWN BIB NUMBERS A4 SIZE
Bibs will not be provided.

COURSE WALK- There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published.
Withdrawals & Refunds
WITHDRAWALS ~ are to be confirmed in writing (email is fine) to entries secretary by 2nd Dec 2023
REFUNDS ~ Wait lists will be kept for all classes which fill.
Full refunds will be given up until the Withdrawal date
After the Withdrawal date refunds will be give minus £5 admin fee ONLY if replaced from the wait list. (if you are not replaced NO refund will be issued)
In case of abandonment, please call 07976 273289.
In the unlikely event of abandonment, £10 from every entry will be kept by the organiser to cover cancellation costs; all the remaining monies will be refunded.

GENERAL RULES
HAT STANDARDS: All hats must have a visible AQUA BRC/ BE/PC hat tag in place before
they are used for warming up and competing.
BODY PROTECTORS: A body protector is obligatory in all cross-country competitions and is strongly recommended in show jumping competitions. A BETA Level 3 (purple label) which has been manufactured in the year 2009 or blue label 2018 must be worn. Body protectors should be fitted and worn as per the manufacturer’s instructions.
If a rider chooses to wear an airbag style body protector it must be worn over a permitted body protector and if activated, must be deflated or removed before continuing. Hybrid Airjackets are permitted. Riders wearing Exo Body Cage (2000) protectors must inform the secretary at all events.
Anyone horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.

This event is being organised by LandS Eventing Ltd. Equine Bookings is acting as the booking agent for this event, enabling you to book online, for which you will be charged a booking fee per space which will be added to your cart.
As booking agents, we accept no responsibility for the actual provision of any event for which you purchase event tickets for. Our responsibilities are limited to providing the online platform to enable you to purchase tickets. The booking fee is the separate non-refundable charge we make to you for facilitating the booking. Your contract is held with the Promoter/event organiser.
We only share your data with that of the third party organiser of the specific event you entered. We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes. The Organisers of the events published on the Horse Events website have all agreed to the following statement before we published the event and give them access to your data for the purpose of entering their event.
