ENTRIES – Strictly online only at www.horse-events.co.uk – no entries on the day

ENTRY FEE: All classes £15 per round inclusive of medical cover + booking fee

All entries Subject to a non refundable booking fee of £1.45 per class

Important Information

TIMES – Strict Warm up times & Jump times published Thursday 1st April after 7.00pm on www.landseventing.co.uk or www.horse-events.co.uk

WARM UP
We will supply staff for the warm up fences and limit numbers as you’ll see below. Again this may change and numbers could increase as government guidelines allow.

ALL OUTSIDE. There will be a maximum of 6 in the LARGE warm up at any one time.
2 horses will be in a smaller pre warm up zone. There will be a process where one is in the arena jumping then 1 will leave the pre warm up zone to the main warm up  etc. giving approximately 15 to 18 minutes warm up time per person.

When finished you will go out gates on a one way system away from the arena.

We will have a commentator announcing the breeding of the horse etc or anything you’d like said about your business even if it the horse is up for sale we can make that announcement.

REFUNDS ~ LandS reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs unless the entry can be replaced.  No refunds will be given after the 28th March 2021

COURSE WALK- There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published.

GENERAL RULES 

  1. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted PAS015/BSEN1284 for all jumping phases. No fixed peaks. Hats tagged by British Eventing, British Riding Clubs or Pony Club are acceptable.
  2. Body Protectors are highly advised.
  3. Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit, unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.
  4. Please stick to your times, any social distancing guidelines in place, organisers instructions and be respectful when at the venue especially around other riders and grooms

HEALTH & SAFETY ~ The organiser of this event has taken every reasonable precaution to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards connected with this event.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Save for death or injury by the negligence of the organiser of anyone for whom they are in law responsible, LandS Eventing, for themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Event  do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty in any way whatsoever of themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the event   or otherwise.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised times or refuse an entry.
