We continue with changes and improvements to all courses. A mix of portable and permanent fences. The track will run mainly on grassland with some wooded areas. Inviting fences fair to horses. The ground will be aereovated if necessary. All phases within 2 minutes walk from the lorry park (even for slow coaches) and the dressage warm up has excellent going and improved space. Show jumping phase will be on a surface

Entry fees include VAT: VAT Reg No 251-3263-35
Internet Entries will be accepted on www.britisheventing.com All entry details can be found on website. If you require similar times to another competitor please refer to each other in notes field when entering on line.
Starting Fees will be taken with Entry fee, but will be refunded if you do not start at the event.
A Wait List will be kept if numbers demand it.

Refund Policy – As per Rule 4.11. A wait list will be kept. The entry fee less £12 admin fee will be refunded to entries that are replaced from the wait list. Pandemic refund policy 50% of combined entry and start fee will be refunded, plus the abandonment insurance premium.

Important Information
This eventing competition is held under the rules and regulations of British Eventing. Please ensure you know these and abide by them at all times. As per British Eventing rule 3.31: The organiser has the power to cancel or divide any class or transfer competitors between sections of a class, to alter the advertised times or refuse any entry.
Statement of Liability
Except for negligence of the Organiser and his or their agents or others for whom in law they are responsible, the Organiser does not accept responsibility in respect of any accident, illness or disease caused to or suffered by any horse, owner, rider, spectator, sponsor and others present at the site of the event and their property.
Health and Safety
The organisers of the event have taken all reasonable precautions to ensure the health and safety of everyone present. For these measures to be effective, everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid accidents occurring and obey the instructions of the organisers and all officials and stewards. Dog must be kept on a short lead at all times and must not be left unattended tied to or inside vehicles. Please pick up you dog poo on site. All vehicles are parked at owners’ risk.
