Don your fancy dress and join us for this fun pairs cross country event at Dallas Burston’s world class venue!

Three heights, one jump! Pick from 70, 80, 90 cm.

Super Arena Cross Country – A  course of cross country portable fences situated on an all weather surface.   An optimum time will be set for the whole course.  The winner will be the pair with the lowest score accumulated under the optimum time.

The following classes are available for the LandS EVENTING LTD Super Arena Cross Country Pairs In Fancy Dress

PAIRS, Three Heights 1 Jump 70,80,90 cm, Pick your height

Entries

Entries open  1st  April and will close 8th May  or earlier if full

Entry Fee: £60 Plus non refundable booking fee

REFUNDS ~ LandS reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs unless the entry can be replaced.  A waiting list will be kept

Withdrawals

WITHDRAWALS ~ are to be confirmed in writing (email is fine) to entries secretary by 8th May  2021

Times & Course Walking

TIMES ~ available on www.landseventing.co.uk and www.horse-events.co.uk Thursday 13th May 2021   after 7.00pm

DRESS CODE – Cross country attire to be worn  including body protector and bib.

COURSE WALK-  There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout  the day. Course walk times will be shown when times are published.

Important Information

COVID REGULATIONS

NO SPECTATORS:

One rider is allowed one support person per horse. Juniors allowed two people per rider.

Arrive, Compete, Leave.

No prize giving, rosettes will be posted.


GENERAL RULES

  1. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted PAS015/BSEN1284 for all jumping phases. Hats tagged by British Eventing, British Riding Clubs or Pony Club are acceptable.
  2. Body Protectors must be worn.
  3. Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy or unsafe by a Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.

OBJECTIONS ~ Anyone wishing to make an objection must do so in writing within 30 minutes of the incident happening along with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if the objection is not sustained.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Save for death or injury by the negligence of the organiser of anyone for whom they are in law responsible, LandS Eventing, for themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Event  do not accept liability for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators, vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever, whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty in any way whatsoever of themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the event   or otherwise.

The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised times or refuse an entry.
