Super Team Chase will consist of all cross country portable fences, situated on an all weather surface.  Pairs and teams of three will jump any height. Object is to jump between the flags. Included in the course will be a ‘pen’ element where a minimum of eight hooves in pairs and twelve hooves in team of three  must be inside the pen before moving on to next obstacle.   An optimum time will be set for the whole course. The speed will be at 425 mtr per minute The winner will be the riders with the lowest score accumulated, nearest to the optimum time.

Saturday will be one jump three heights whilst Saturday Individual Classes will be individual jumps.

First and second refusals are not penalised but obviously affect the team’s time; three refusals at a single fence or five in total and that team member is out!

Important Information

WITHDRAWALS ~ are to be confirmed in writing (email is fine) to entries secretary by
18.30 3rd December 2019
REFUNDS ~ LandS reserve the right to retain £5.00 for administration costs unless the
entry can be replaced. A waiting list will be kept for all classes which fill.
TIMES ~ available on www.landseventing.co.uk Thursday 5th December 2019 after
7.00pm
DRESS CODE – Cross country attire to be worn including body protector and bib.
COURSE WALK- The course will be available to walk from 15.00 Friday 6th December
2019. There will be opportunities to walk the courses throughout the day. Course walk times
will be shown when times are published.
GENERAL RULES
1. Hard hats must be worn at all times when mounted PAS015/BSEN1284 for all jumping
phases. Hats tagged by British Eventing, British Riding Clubs or Pony Club are acceptable.
2. Body Protectors must be worn.
3. Any horse/pony which is considered to be unsound, unfit or unhealthy or unsafe by a
Judge or the Organiser will be excluded from the competition without refund of entry fee.
OBJECTIONS ~ Anyone wishing to make an objection must do so in writing within 30
minutes of the incident happening along with a £50 deposit. The deposit will be forfeited if
the objection is not sustained.
HEALTH & SAFETY ~ The organiser of this event has taken every reasonable precaution
to ensure the health and safety of every person present. For these measures to be effective
everyone must take all reasonable precautions to avoid and prevent accidents occurring
and must obey the instructions of the organiser and all officials and stewards connected
with this event.

DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY ~ Save for death or injury by the negligence of the organiser
of anyone for whom they are in law responsible, LandS Eventing, for themselves, their
servants, agents, employees and all those connected with the Event do not accept liability
for any accident, loss, damage, injury, illness to horses, owners, riders, spectators,
vehicles, their contents and accessories or any other person or property whatsoever,
whether caused by their negligence, breach of contract or statutory duty in any way
whatsoever of themselves, their servants, agents, employees and all those connected with
the event or otherwise.
The Organiser reserves the right to cancel any class, divide any class, alter advertised
times or refuse an entry.
